Periodic Deck Inspection ABC Decks wants you to be informed and involved throughout the project. That’s why we involve you in periodic inspections. Here’s how it works, you and an ABC Decks foreman will walk through the project. During the walk through you will have the opportunity to ask questions and be updated on how the project is progressing. Time Gaurantee and Warranty We understand that arriving on time and completing the job in a timely manner is crucial. As a matter of fact, if your deck isn’t completed in the contracted time (weather excluded) we’ll buy your dinner! ABC Decks has one of the best “on time” start records for local contractors. If in the event the completion of your deck is late we’ll give you a $50 dollar gift card to a local restaurant. With our guarantees warranties you can rest assured that you are getting a professional, quality job for the right price.

Here’s how it works …

The first one third of the total price is due when materials are delivered to your job site. The second one third is due when you can walk on the new construction. The final third is due when the deck is complete and all debris is hauled away.
